Trailspring is excited to host our inaugural Fall Fundraiser. This evening will bring together community leaders, outdoor enthusiasts, and advocates for sustainable recreation to celebrate our mission and raise funds and awareness for upcoming Trailspring projects.

Enjoy an evening of food, drinks, music, and stories from the trails — all in support of expanding and preserving Springfield’s multi-use trail systems and outdoor spaces.

All donations will benefit Trailspring’s current and future projects in soft-surface trail development and maintenance.

Details

Food: A meal is included with your ticket to the Fall Fundraiser. City Butcher will be providing food for this evening in a buffet-style, complete with their signature sauces.

Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. One drink ticket (applicable for alcoholic or non-alcoholic) is included with your Fall Fundraiser ticket. Alcoholic beverages will be provided by Macadoodles of North Springfield. Beverage options TBD!

Raffle: Raffle tickets will be available at the event.

Each individual ticket is $66 (you know, Dirt 66). Get a pair for $100 or a full table of 10 tickets for $500.

  1. What is the purpose of this event? 
      1. Trailspring’s mission is to improve the quality of life for Springfield residents by creating a network of multi-use trails and outdoor recreational areas. This event will raise funds and awareness for our organization.
  2. Is there a dress code?
      1. No dress code, but we suggest smart casual and comfortable. The event will include both indoor and outdoor spaces.
  3. Is there a deadline to buy tickets?
      1. There is no deadline, but we do have an event capacity. Tickets will be sold while availability lasts.
  4. What food and drinks will be available?
      1. City Butcher will be catering a delicious meal paired with their signature sides and sauces. Alcoholic beverages will be provided by Macadoodles North; non-alcoholic beverages are TBD. A meal will be included in your Fall Fundraiser ticket. One drink ticket (applicable for an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage) is included in your ticket. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. 
  5. Can I reserve a table?
